Payment terms
For new customers we can only offer payment in advance/cash on delivery or PayPal.
Regular customers also have the option of purchasing on account after registration and activation.
Shipping
- Parcels weighing a maximum of 31.5 kg are sent by our logistics partner DHL.
- International shipments are sent as premium shipments.
- Furniture, large appliances, etc. that exceed the maximum weight of 31.5 kg or the maximum permissible transport dimensions of DHL will be sent by a freight forwarder.
- Freight forwarding usually takes place on a pallet with delivery to the curb. No removal, construction etc.
- Free shipping for small appliances with a net purchase value of 250 euros or more within Germany
